Community Booths: $200 + GST
Note: Community Booths are strictly for Not-For-Profit groups
Arts Market: $450 + GST
*includes arts, crafts and miscellaneous businesses.
Food Concessions: $900 + gst SOLD OUT

NOTE: Space will not be allocated until payment is made.
When you are setting up on site, you will be given wristbands for yourself and your staff. We will provide 2 wristbands (non-transferrable) for Thursday & Friday (one shift, two persons), and 4 wristbands (non-transferrable) for Saturday & Sunday (two shifts, two persons each shift). Should you require more wristbands, you can purchase during the set up for a 15% discount.
*IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ALL VENDORS
Special Function Tents ( more than one wall ) or Canopies ( one wall or less ), must meet the following requirement:
Flame Resistance Certificates, fabric material shall meet the requirements of CAN/ULC S-109M "Standards for Flame Tests of Flame Resistance Fabrics and Films" for all tents used in connection with public events. Flame Resistance Certificate must be sewn into the seam of the tent/canopy.
