The Randy Ouston Youth Scholarship

The Calgary Blues community recently lost a key figure in the community, when our Blues brother Randy Ouston passed away October 24, 2017.

In honour of Randy's memory, Calgary Blues Music Association is proud to announce the creation of the Randy Ouston Youth Scholarship, which will go toward assisting young musicians to study, perform and write Blues music. We can think of no better way to honour Randy, who was passionate about the Blues and loved to encourage young players.

If you would like to contribute to the fund, please use one of these methods:

send an e-transfer to: scholarship at calgarybluesfest dot com

or please make your cheque or money order out to Calgary Blues Music Association and send to:

Thank you to all who have contributed!
