Bluesfest 2025

Perform 16 hours of volunteer work & receive a T-Shirt, meals and a 4 day festival pass*

2+ Shifts Minimum.

Main Event Days:
July 31 - August 3

Setup Days: July 27-30

Strike: August 4 & 5 (Monday Aug 5 is a Holiday)

Attend orientation on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 6:00pm at Cowboys Park.

During this meeting you will receive important information, and  learn where to enter/exit during the festival, where to sign in for each shift, and where to pick up your ID badge and t-shirts on your first shift.

Pack sunscreen, a jacket, and other items for changing weather.

Be an ambassador for Bluesfest! Have a great time and be proud of what we represent!

Agree to be assigned to teams as needed and work with guests to have an amazing Bluesfest 2025!
